By registering an account on 99qb, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 99qb platform.
Important: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 99qb. The English-language version of this document is the authoritative version. Translations, if provided, are for convenience only.
These terms apply alongside any additional terms specific to individual promotions, games, or services offered on the 99qb platform. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and a product-specific rule, the more specific rule applies to that product or promotion only.
99qb reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with 99qb. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 99qb takes age verification seriously and will request documentation if there is any reason to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and all deposits returned; any winnings accumulated will be forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at 99qb. Opening more than one account — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or on behalf of someone else — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and balances may be forfeited in full. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support immediately at support@99qb.app to have it resolved without penalty.
All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address — must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. 99qb cannot process withdrawals to accounts where personal details do not match the payment method registered.
Your 99qb password is your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 99qb will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. You are liable for all activity that occurs on your account until you notify us of a security breach.
Note: Accounts registered by or on behalf of professional gamblers, syndicates, or any entity acting in a commercial capacity to profit from the platform are subject to additional restrictions and may be closed at 99qb's discretion.
99qb is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and is standard practice across the online gaming industry. Completing KYC at 99qb is straightforward and typically takes less than 24 hours once documents are submitted.
KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request at 99qb. In addition, 99qb may request verification documents at any time if we have reasonable grounds to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the request may result in account suspension.
All documents submitted to 99qb are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. They are used solely for identity verification purposes and are stored securely. They will never be sold to third parties.
99qb accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage.
The minimum deposit at 99qb is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although large deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits are credited to your PKR balance within 30 seconds for mobile wallet methods and within 30 minutes for IBFT transfers during business hours.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 99qb charges no withdrawal fees on any method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours. Withdrawals requested during national public holidays may experience slight delays.
Deposits must be made only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person are not permitted under any circumstances. If a third-party deposit is identified, the amount will be returned to its source and your account will be reviewed. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.
Currency: All amounts on 99qb are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, Rs). The platform does not accept, hold, or process any other currency. Deposits received in any currency other than PKR through Visa/Mastercard will be converted to PKR by the card issuer before reaching 99qb; any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player's bank, not 99qb.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 99qb are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the relevant offer page on the Promotions section of the platform. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general terms.
New players who make their first deposit at 99qb are eligible for a 150% deposit match bonus up to Rs 15,000. This bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
Wagering requirements specify the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rs 30,000 of qualifying bets before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. Sports bets at odds below 1.50 and casino games with an RTP above 98% may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements; specific contribution rates are listed on each offer page.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or using automated tools to complete wagering — will be considered bonus abuse. 99qb reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts involved in bonus abuse without prior notice.
Free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer. 99qb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have accepted a promotion prior to its modification are entitled to complete it under the terms that applied when they accepted.
All bets placed on 99qb are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when the platform has accepted it and it appears in your active bets list. It is your responsibility to check your betslip carefully before confirming, as 99qb cannot reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances described under section 7.3 below.
Minimum bet sizes vary by market and product. The minimum bet on sports markets is Rs 100. The minimum stake on casino games is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by event, market type, and account tier. Limits are displayed in the betslip when you enter a stake that exceeds the permitted amount. 99qb reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for any player at any time without notice.
Bets are voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play for a result to be declared; a market is suspended due to data error and cannot be correctly resettled; or 99qb identifies a clear and obvious error in the odds offered. In all other circumstances, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body stands as the basis for settlement at 99qb.
All casino games offered on 99qb use certified random number generation (RNG) provided by licensed third-party software suppliers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Game results are determined entirely by the RNG systems of these providers. 99qb has no ability to influence individual game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent the long-term theoretical average over millions of rounds and are not a guarantee of results in any individual gaming session.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact 99qb support within 72 hours of the disputed round with the game name, date, time, and round ID (available in your game history). 99qb will request the relevant game log from the software provider for review. The provider's certified game log is the definitive record of all game events and will be used to resolve any dispute.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99qb. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: 99qb operates a strict AML policy. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that suggests the platform is being used to process illicit funds will result in immediate account suspension and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities. All player funds on 99qb must originate from legitimate, verifiable sources.
All content on the 99qb platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of 99qb or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 99qb content.
You are permitted to view and interact with the 99qb platform for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. Any other use requires prior written authorisation from 99qb.
Third-party game content — including slot games, live casino feeds, and sports data — is owned by the respective providers and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property protections. 99qb is licensed to make this content available to players and does not claim ownership over third-party material.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 99qb is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in that document.
In summary: 99qb collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@99qb.app.

99qb reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that poses risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In such cases, 99qb will notify the player by email and provide an opportunity to respond unless circumstances (such as suspected fraud or money laundering) make immediate action necessary.
You may close your 99qb account at any time by contacting support@99qb.app. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after deduction of any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Please note that closed accounts cannot be reopened; if you wish to play again, you will need to register a new account.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 99qb will notify you by email before applying a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts. This fee will not reduce your balance below zero. Dormant account fees cease immediately upon account reactivation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99qb's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
99qb is not liable for losses arising from: service interruptions due to technical failures, maintenance, or third-party outages; delays in internet connectivity or mobile network performance outside 99qb's control; errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected in accordance with these terms; or any consequential, indirect, or punitive losses.
The limitation of liability above does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The 99qb platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error-free at all times.
99qb may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes — at least 14 days — via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. For minor or administrative changes (such as clarifications of existing terms that do not alter your rights), notice may be provided with less lead time.
If you do not agree with any amended terms, you may close your account before the new terms take effect without penalty. Continued use of the 99qb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of 99qb that cannot be resolved through our complaints process will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body. By using the 99qb platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority for resolution of any unresolved dispute.
