Visit 99qb.app/register, fill in your mobile number, email address, username, and password, confirm your age (18+), and tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox. The whole thing takes under 90 seconds. The minimum deposit at 99qb is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash — making it genuinely accessible for players across Pakistan regardless of budget. For NayaPay, SadaPay, and bank transfers (IBFT) the minimum is Rs 500. For Visa/Mastercard the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction caps.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 99qb account within 30 seconds in almost all cases. NayaPay and SadaPay typically take 1–5 minutes. 99qb charges zero fees on any deposit. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion and no service charge applied by the platform. Your chosen payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transfer fees as per their standard rates — those are outside 99qb's control. Check your payment app's terms if you're unsure what fees they charge.

First, check your payment app or bank to confirm whether the money left your account. If it did leave your account but hasn't appeared at 99qb within the expected timeframe, screenshot your transaction reference and contact support@99qb.app or use live chat. The team can trace the transaction and manually credit your account once confirmed. If the money did not leave your account, the payment was not processed — try again with a fresh deposit request.
Withdrawals

Go to your account dashboard and select "Withdraw". Choose the same method you used to deposit — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard — enter the PKR amount, and confirm. Withdrawals process to the same method as your deposit for anti-fraud and KYC compliance. Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification to be completed first, which takes up to 24 hours after document submission.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 15–30 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay usually complete within 1–2 hours. IBFT bank transfers take 1–24 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 3–5 business days as per card network rules. All withdrawal requests at 99qb are reviewed and approved by the payments team — most are processed within 1 hour during business hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 99qb is Rs 500 for all methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though your payment provider may impose their own daily or transaction caps. The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal at 99qb are: KYC documents not yet verified, an active wagering requirement on a bonus still in progress, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account name and your registered 99qb name. Wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. A 30x requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 150,000 in total qualifying bets across sports or casino games before those bonus-related winnings become withdrawable. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above count in full. Your real-money balance is always completely separate and withdrawable at any time regardless of bonus status.

A bonus can be voided at 99qb in a few situations: the 30-day wagering window expired before the requirement was met, the bonus was claimed by a duplicate account, bets were placed on excluded markets that don't count towards wagering, or a withdrawal was requested before the wagering requirement was completed (which cancels the bonus per standard terms). If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after bets have been placed, all bets are voided and stakes are returned to your PKR balance in full unless at least the minimum required overs or time period was completed, as specified in the sports rules.
